What is Noise?
Noise
When a part of atmosphere is compressed suddenly, a sound is produced. These sound waves travels through the air. When sound waves are non-periodic, irregular and of short duration, they produce a displeasing effect and such a sound is known as noise.
The wavelength of a sound wave can be defined as the distance between like points on two successive waves or the distance between two successive compression, travelling with a uniform velocity v, moves through a distance of one wavelength in the time period T,
